Please note that production time is different than shipping time!  Production time refers to the time it takes for your order to be produced, from the time we submit it to the printer until it is ready to be shipped.  Shipping time refers to how long it will take for your stationery to reach you once it has left the manufacturer"s facility. 

When choosing your shipping method, please note the shipping origin for each brand in relation to where you live.

Please note the following:

- Our business hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST Monday-Friday.  Orders submitted after 4:30 pm CST Monday - Friday will not be processed until the following business day.  Orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the following business day.  We will not be here on New Year"s Eve, New Year"s Day, Memorial Day, July 3rd or 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (and the day after), Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.
